Xena's story
Xena is currently staying with us at Vancouver Feline Hospital. Her medical costs are being covered as hospice care by her family. She is only 12 years
old, but has severe pancreatic disease. She has difficulty digesting her
food and she needs daily insulin. Xena eats more than a Great Dane, and it
all comes out the other end, but with supplements of digestive enzymes,
probiotics and vitamins, some food does get absorbed and she can maintain
her body weight. She loves people, and visitors are always welcome.
