Extra Large Kennels for a Stress-free Stay

Our large 3-foot and 4-foot 2-door stainless steel kennels make a big difference to the cats! They are easy to clean and disinfect. We make the cats comfortable by providing heaps of large warm towels, soft cushions for the older arthritic ones, and hidy boxes for the shy ones. The cats have space to stretch out without having their noses in their litter pans - a big deal for fastidous kitties! Cats are also never left with dirty litter pans - as soon as they go to the bathroom, it is cleared up. They don't see the other cats and there is no barking dog beneath! Privacy, loving interaction and everything we can do to make the hospital environment cat-friendly.

Our ICU-kennels are 3-foot (with two more 4-foot planned). Two are oxygen cages - the doors are clear medical plastic. The cats love these! They feel secure behind that solid shield and sleep comfortably. The sequence of photos on the site today show an eighteen year old cat with severe bronchopneumonia being treated with iv-fluids and oxygen. (She went home healthy after a week). We use IV-pumps all the time, eliminating the troubles with flow-control that happen without them.

Ontario landlords may not discriminate between pet owners and non-pet owners. Should BC do the same?
